Professional Disclaimer
Effective Date: August 15, 2026
1. Professional Scope Disclaimer
Ross Patient Advocacy LLC provides independent, non-clinical advocacy, administrative review, record organization, and healthcare-navigation support. The practice does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice or representation, or expert-witness testimony. Services are designed to support, not replace, the specialized guidance of qualified medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professionals.
2. Non-Clinical Services
Ross Patient Advocacy LLC does not practice medicine, nursing, behavioral healthcare, pharmacy, or any other licensed clinical profession through its advocacy services. Any discussion of medical information is provided solely to support data organization, care-team communication, healthcare research, and informed patient participation.
3. No Medical Advice
Website content, articles, newsletters, consultations, appointment-preparation summaries, record timelines, and advocacy communications do not constitute medical advice. Patients and visitors must direct diagnosis, symptoms, treatment, medication, testing, risk, and clinical decision-making questions to an appropriately licensed professional. Patients should not delay, discontinue, or modify care based solely on information from Ross Patient Advocacy LLC.
4. No Legal Advice or Representation
Ross Patient Advocacy LLC does not provide legal advice, interpret law for specific circumstances, establish an attorney-patient relationship, represent patients in court, prepare legal pleadings, or provide expert-witness opinions. Non-legal administrative assistance may include record organization, timelines, billing documentation, administrative claim preparation, deadline tracking, file organization, and communication logistics.
5. No Financial, Tax, or Accounting Advice
Medical-billing review, insurance-navigation support, cost comparisons, financial-assistance research, and payment-option discussions do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, investment, or credit advice.
6. Insurance, Benefits, and Medicare Information
Ross Patient Advocacy LLC may review plan documents, explain administrative processes, organize appeals, communicate with authorized representatives, and assist patients in understanding available information. The practice does not act as an insurer, determine eligibility or coverage, guarantee payment or authorization, make or override insurer decisions, bind an insurer, or sell insurance through the advocacy practice. Unrelated insurance-sales employment remains separate, and advocacy-patient information is not used for sales, lead generation, or unrelated marketing.
Medicare coverage, when available, is limited to eligible services furnished and billed in accordance with applicable Medicare requirements. A waitlist currently applies to beneficiaries seeking to use Medicare benefits. References to Medicare do not guarantee eligibility, coverage, authorization, payment, or reimbursement. Private-pay services remain available and are not subject to the Medicare waitlist.
7. No Emergency Services
Ross Patient Advocacy LLC is not an emergency medical, psychiatric, crisis-intervention, or emergency-response service. For an emergency in the United States, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Results depend on factors outside the practice’s control. Ross Patient Advocacy LLC does not guarantee a diagnosis, treatment, health outcome, claim approval, bill reduction, provider acceptance, treatment access, benefit approval, legal result, or third-party timeline. References to pursuing the best possible outcome describe professional commitment and do not constitute a promise or warranty.
9. Information Accuracy and Changing Requirements
Ross Patient Advocacy LLC makes reasonable efforts to use accurate and current information. Healthcare regulations, insurance rules, billing structures, laws, programs, and administrative procedures may change. External information must be independently verified when it may affect care, rights, obligations, coverage, or deadlines.
10. Patient Decision-Making and Responsibility
Patients retain the right and responsibility, as applicable, to make healthcare, legal, financial, and personal decisions. Final decisions remain with the patient, legally authorized representative, healthcare provider, insurer, attorney, or other responsible decision-maker.
11. Third-Party Providers and Resources
Providing information about an outside organization does not guarantee quality, availability, licensing, suitability, results, acceptance, or endorsement. Patients must independently evaluate third parties before entering services or agreements.
12. Website and Educational Materials
The public website, blog, newsletters, downloadable resources, and social media provide general educational information only and do not establish an advocacy relationship. Formal services begin only after applicable intake, authorization, engagement agreement, required payment, advocacy-package purchase, and case-acceptance requirements are completed.
13. Medical-Legal Support Services
Ross Patient Advocacy LLC provides non-clinical administrative review, record organization, billing analysis, and logistical support for medical-legal matters. The practice does not provide legal advice, representation, clinical opinions, or expert-witness testimony. Services assist legal teams with data organization and case logistics and do not constitute legal or clinical expert opinion.
